Street One (S1F) works closely with the ETF/ETP product issuers to understand their products thoroughly and how they can complement an investor’s portfolio. This leads to efficient pricing and trade execution in the products, and a better overall experience for the ultimate end users of the products (RIAs, institutional portfolio managers, financial advisors/brokers, etc.)

S1F maintains a liquidity network of counter parties including AP’s, Market Makers and High Frequency Trading firms. Trade requests are always sent electronically and simultaneously for two sided markets. S1F will take the highest Bid and lowest Offer and show that to you as your Inside Market. S1F has its own proprietary pricing models that allow us to gauge the quality of the position bid. If the “best price” is away from our model, we will urge the trade to be done in the marketplace, and discuss execution strategies.

In addition to position bids, and straight execution services, S1F can provide Custom Creations, where a new cusip and custom basket is created for the ETF in question. For example, if a client wants to own MDY, but does not want to own Equinix Inc, we will procure a new Cusip from the Transfer Agent, and buy MDY under the new Cusip which will hold all of the constituents in their fund weighting, but replace Equinix Inc with the proportionate cash instead of stock. Further, should a client wish to sell an ETF and take delivery of the underlying basket of securities instead of cash, we can facilitate that as well.
